Terms of Use

1. The service

Scoutics provides sports analytics software, simulations, probabilities, model-implied or projected odds, market comparisons, and related information. Scoutics is not a sportsbook and does not accept or place wagers.

2. Lawful use

You may use Scoutics only in compliance with applicable law. If you use Scoutics information in connection with wagering, you are responsible for confirming that wagering is lawful in your location, that you meet applicable legal-age requirements, and that any operator you use is appropriately licensed.

3. Model limitations

Model outputs are estimates, not facts or guarantees. Results can differ materially from simulations and probabilities. Scoutics does not promise that a prediction, projected price, ranking, edge, or other output will be accurate or profitable.

4. Accounts and subscriptions

Paid plans provide access to features and usage allowances described on the current Pricing and Account pages. A user-initiated simulation job may contain many internal simulation samples; the job is the metered unit when the product labels it as one simulation credit. Billing intervals, renewals, cancellations, and access dates are shown during checkout or in your account.

FPL Pro in the iOS app

The Scoutics FPL app is free to download. Optional FPL Pro subscriptions unlock the features described on the in-app purchase screen. Monthly subscriptions renew for one month and annual subscriptions renew for one year at the price displayed by Apple for your storefront. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation; subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Account settings. Deleting a Scoutics account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app. Apple FPL Pro and website subscription plans are separate products.

5. No wagering funds

Subscription fees purchase access to Scoutics software and analytics. They are not gambling deposits, wagering balances, stakes, or funds that can be used to place a bet.

6. Third-party data and services

Scoutics may rely on third-party data, authentication, payment, hosting, market, or sports-information providers. Third-party information can be delayed, incomplete, changed, or unavailable, and Scoutics does not control third-party services.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape or redistribute protected content in violation of applicable rights, or use Scoutics to violate law or the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property and affiliation

Scoutics content, software, branding, and original model outputs are protected to the extent provided by law. Third-party league, team, sportsbook, and other names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scoutics is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees that the service, data, or model outputs will always be available, accurate, complete, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scoutics is not responsible for wagering losses, missed opportunities, decisions made based on model outputs, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Founding Insider beta

During the beta, Scoutics may give a limited number of members complimentary Insider access to the current version of Scoutics. It is offered at no charge and is not a subscription, a lifetime membership or a promise of any particular feature. Scoutics may change, limit or end beta access, or the features it includes, at any time, including when a new version is released. Complimentary access has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Sharing feedback is welcome but is not required.

12. Changes and contact
