Information you provide

When you create or use an account, Scoutics may receive account information such as your name, email address, profile information, and information associated with your subscription or account settings.

Authentication and payments

Scoutics may use third-party providers for authentication and billing. For example, Google sign-in may be used for account authentication and Stripe may be used for checkout, subscriptions, and billing management. Apple may process information when you download or use the Scoutics app, and Apple App Store transactions are handled according to Apple's terms and privacy policy. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Service and security data

Scoutics may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, login activity, session information, simulation history, usage events, and error or security logs to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

How information is used

Information may be used to authenticate users, provide simulations and account history, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, maintain security, understand product usage, communicate service information, and comply with legal obligations.

Information we do not sell

Scoutics does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate authentication, hosting, analytics, support, security, and billing, or when required to comply with law or protect the service and its users.

Cookies and sessions

Scoutics may use cookies or similar browser storage for authentication, session state, preferences, security, and related site functionality.

Retention, deletion, and requests

Scoutics may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. You may request access to or deletion of your account information by contacting hello@scoutics.ai. We may need to retain limited information where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing records, or dispute resolution.

Mobile sign-in and saved FPL data

The Scoutics FPL app uses Google or Sign in with Apple, or a Scoutics email account where one has been provisioned. We receive a provider account identifier and, when supplied, your name and email address; Apple may provide a private relay address. Email-account passwords are stored as password hashes, not plaintext. Apple authorization tokens needed to disconnect an account are encrypted on the server. We store your selected FPL squad, public FPL Team ID when linked, planning preferences and verified App Store purchase records to provide the app's features.

Delete your Scoutics account

In the updated mobile app, open More → Account and support → Delete account. Confirm deletion in the app. The account is closed and existing Scoutics sessions are invalidated; personal-data cleanup is processed automatically, normally within 24 hours. You can check completion from the sign-in screen. A new sign-in after deletion creates a new account rather than restoring the deleted account's saved data. Deletion does not remove your official FPL account, Apple account, or independently public football data.

Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple Account settings. Deleting Scoutics does not stop Apple billing. Website subscriptions linked to the deleted account stop renewing as deletion is processed. Limited transaction records and minimal security records may be retained for billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Existing operational backups and security logs follow their retention cycle and are not used to restore a deleted account.
